Although there may just be a few weeks at this price, and Terms and Conditions apply, this will surely hurt the people who pay a lot of Money to become a Club La Costa Owner.
We can surely applaud CLC for looking to use up its inventory, but at what cost?
Will owners bring pressure to bear on CLC. Will it affect the Brand Name?

Interested in your article on Teneriffe. Today I have found nights at Duchally Country Estate in Scotland for under £100. I have booked 3 nights this weekend for 1845 points. Furious to say the least. I have emailed member services, demanding a telephone call from them tomorrow to explain themselves. We as members cannot tolerate this. Enough is enough

ReplyDeleteI telephoned yesterday and was unable to book anything in Cornwall for Easter or May half term 2012. I'm once again on a waiting list! I asked about February half term and was unable to book anything at Monterey. The person on the phone commented on how many banked points I have and I said it is because there is seldom availability even when booking almost a year in advance. I can go on Booking.com and similar sites and are able to book if I am prepared to pay. I'm sorry to my heart that I have this membership. I booked Trenython Manor last Easter (18 months in advance!!!) at a cost of 2050 points for a week and was surrounded by families on a free week. It also annoyed me when the last time I was in Spain I paid 15 euro for breakfast and was surrounded by families and reps eating free breakfasts! Never mind, my membership is due again soon and I can have even more points!
